    Sanjay Gupta, IAS officer, Himachal Pradesh 1988 batch, who is presently posted as ACS, Town and Country Planning, with interim charge of Chief Secretary, Himachal Pradesh, has been given full charge of Chief Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Government.
